Dalgona Candy Recipe from Squid Game 🍪🔥 Dalgona candy, featured in the popular Netflix series Squid Game, is a traditional South Korean treat made from sugar and baking soda. Known as "ppopgi" in Korea, this nostalgic candy has gained worldwide popularity due to the challenge of cutting out the shape without breaking it.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons sugar A pinch of baking soda Instructions: Melt the sugar: Add sugar to a metal ladle and heat it over medium flame. Stir continuously until fully melted and turns into a caramel color. Add baking soda: Remove from heat and quickly mix in the baking soda. Stir rapidly until the mixture becomes foamy and light brown. Shape the candy: Pour the mixture onto parchment paper and flatten it slightly with a spatula. Press with a mold: Before it hardens completely, use cookie cutters to imprint shapes like a circle, star, triangle, or umbrella. Let it cool: Once the candy sets, carefully remove it and enjoy the challenge of breaking it without cracking the shape! Watch the tutorial video here: 👉 https://www.youtube.com/shorts/HaC2t4OERgM
